A skill/competency evaluation is required. The course includes class, laboratory and clinical learning experiences. Upon satisfactory completion of the course and skill/competency evaluation, the graduate is eligible to apply for listing as a Nurse Aide I by the N.C. Division of Facility Services. Each student enrolled in this section is expected to attend all the meeting times and location listed below. The online work may be done anytime during the week, and the number of hours listed indicate how much time a student should anticipate it taking to complete the online assignments each week.
