The Hurst Student Ambassador Program is one of our prevalent organizations that allows our students to play a vital role in the college’s outreach efforts, student engagement, and overall retention. Ambassadors are the official representatives of »Æ¹ÏÊÓƵ CC and help with the following:
- Serve as hosts during events held on and off campus
- Give campus tours to prospective students
- Assist with registration
- Recruit potential students
- Help with new student orientation
Qualifications
- 3.0 GPA or higher
- Part-time ambassadors must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours
- Part-time ambassadors work a minimum of 55 hours per semester (minimum of 3 hours per week
- Full-time ambassadors must be enrolled in at least 12 credit hours
- Full-time ambassadors work a minimum of 110 hours per semester (minimum of 6 hours per week)
- Demonstrate professional behavior and communication skills
- Demonstrate leadership and organizational skills
