The Hurst Student Ambassador Program is one of our prevalent organizations that allows our students to play a vital role in the college’s outreach efforts, student engagement, and overall retention. Ambassadors are the official representatives of »Æ¹ÏÊÓÆµ CC and help with the following:

  • Serve as hosts during events held on and off campus
  • Give campus tours to prospective students
  • Assist with registration
  • Recruit potential students
  • Help with new student orientation

Qualifications

  • 3.0 GPA or higher
  • Part-time ambassadors must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours
  • Part-time ambassadors work a minimum of 55 hours per semester (minimum of 3 hours per week
  • Full-time ambassadors must be enrolled in at least 12 credit hours
  • Full-time ambassadors work a minimum of 110 hours per semester (minimum of 6 hours per week)
  • Demonstrate professional behavior and communication skills
  • Demonstrate leadership and organizational skills
