On December 18, the inaugural Heath Scholarship was awarded to its first recipient. This scholarship was established to honor the legacy of Walter D. Heath Jr. and Dorothy Heath and their passion for engineering. This scholarship will allow engineering students financial support to pursue education in engineering.
Maggie Galloway is this year's recipient of the Heath Scholarship. This scholarship will cover tuition, fees, books, and required course materials for the first two years at »Æ¹ÏÊÓƵ CC and the final two years at NCSU on »Æ¹ÏÊÓƵ's Havelock campus.
